Main responsibilities:
Acting within the Commercial Accelerator organization and at the interface with senior-level Sanofi organization, you will play a critical role to ensure that we build a robust strategy and roadmap across Accelerator commercial products, that we create and quantify value with our portfolio of products, and that we ensure success for our customers, supporting them in definition and implementation of use cases.
You will be responsible for:
Help scope, frame & communicate the Commercial Accelerator strategy and the Accelerator products roadmap in collaboration with Accelerator Product teams, GBU teams (commercial and GTMC) and Digital GBU teams; Closely with Digital Accelerator Head to co-create the overall digital accelerator strategy aligning business and digital strategy and ensuring it encompasses our mission & objectives. Lead the strategy establishment & execution planning (including process, structure etc.) process. Develop priorities and key performance indicators (KPIs) that are focused on delivering tangible business benefits and exceptional customer experiences through digital initiatives, assisting in creating strategic presentations to communicate the digital accelerator strategy. Governance & portfolio management: Ensure governance and coordination of cross-functional Digital accelerator subjects, by streamlining and promoting sharing and cooperation: processes, product or project portfolio, resource management. Centrally manage, monitor, and prioritize the digital accelerator portfolio of all digital initiatives, products, ensuring they align with our overall strategy and customer needs. Prior to the initiation of any digital initiative or product, you will ensure that resources and budgets are properly vetted, approved, and allocated. Advocate and influence for maximizing value delivery, including continuous assessment of new use cases, performance monitoring and reporting of actual products – in close collaboration with Accelerator Product teams, GBU teams (commercial and GTMC) and Digital GBU teams Building and steering Accelerator’s budget and staffing, driving Strategic Planning for Accelerator; Resource & performance management: responsible for effectively allocating internal and external resources within the digital accelerator organization to maximize delivery against KPIs and strategic goals. via key digital metrics and KPIs. Setting Accelerator users up for success through communication on updates & features, sharing of success stories, monitoring of adoption Constantly refining Accelerator’s operating model through iterative adjustments and constant monitoring of impact Owning Accelerator’s communication (to Sanofi ecosystem, Sanofi Leadership and Corporate GBUs and Markets) Embodying Play to Win culture and behaviors (Stretch, Taking Action, Act for patients and customers, Think Sanofi first) Inspiring, developing and retaining the Accelerator Operations team members
About you
Previous roles in Strategy or Operations and in Commercial teams (min 10 years) Strong Digital acumen and understanding of Data, platforms and architecture Strong familiarity with Agile methodologies Strong and confident storytelling and communication skills with the ability to convince and influence at all levels of the organization Experience working with multiple teams to drive alignment and results Results oriented mindset with ability to plan and deliver against deadlines Service-oriented, flexible, positive team player Self-motivated, takes initiative Change Management: having implemented at scale game changing solutions leading to business improvements Strong appetite for innovation and new technologies Knowledge on agile development and product lifecycle is a plus Pharma product launches and Digital health expertise is a plus English fluent. French, Spanish, or other languages is a plus
