ABOUT THE JOB

Our Team

In the new GenMed Global SC organization, 4 Supply Chain cells were created to cover the whole GenMed portfolio and Manufacturing & Supply Organisation. They are built around 4 therapeutic areas

  • Cardiovascular
  • Diabetes
  • Transplant & Thrombosis
  • Foundation

These four groups are organised on the same model and principles, with each Supply Chain Product Leaders working hand in hand with one Supply Chain Product Planner.

In this context, 11 Supply Chain Product Planner positions are opened

  • 1 in Cardiovascular (3,3B€ sales, M&S NPL cluster + Hangzhou site): managed by Sandrine ROCHE
  • 2 in Transplant & Thrombosis (2.6B€ sales, M&S Clexane cluster): 1 reporting to Evelyne DONIER, 1 reporting to Fabrizio COCCIOLA
  • 7 in Foundation (1,5B€ sales, M&S Europe & International cluster): 1 reporting to Mariana VILARINHO, 1 reporting to Skander ABDELHAK, 1 reporting to Dora SEBASTYEN, 2 reporting to Christelle TELLIER, 2 reporting to the TA Head and Portfolio to be defined later on
  • 1 in Diabetes (4.5B€ sales, M&S Diabetes cluster): 1 reporting to Alexandra POISSON

They share the same bold priorities: Service to Patients (without compromise), adopt Best Practice on IBP, structure a robust Inventory Policy and E2E Planning. We need to support the growth of new products and Portfolio simplification, pursue on the roadmap for KINAXIS adoption also leveraging on team growing capabilities.

Main responsibilities

  • Creates and monitors Finished Goods (FG) product planning and replenishment plan in accordance with the E2E (End to end) product leader strategies
  • Manages operational horizon demand & supply imbalances with FG sites, Supply DCs (Distribution centers) and markets based on defined rules, informing, and escalating as needed any challenges
  • Ensures E2E alignment over the IBP (Integrated Business Plan) horizon (FG, DP – Drug product –, DS – drug substance – & KI –Key Intermediate – production/sourcing plans) in collaboration with Industrial planning
  • Is Market & Customer Service primary contact for product supply information

Concretely

  • Creates product plan and all required set-ups in Kinaxis in accordance with the strategy defined by the E2E Product Leader
  • Manage E2E Supply Chain Product Planning (covering all defined products) to ensure excellent customer service, manufacturing operations scheduling and adherence to key Supply Chain principles (schedule adherence, inventory coverage, service agreements, etc.)
  • Manages the Monthly Master Production Schedule (MPS) across the Network for a Product or Set of Products
  • Optimizes overall inventory
  • Collaborates with Industrial Planning team (when necessary, with the Site and CMOs) to secure and improve product flow & cost (Operational Horizon)
  • Communicates supply information to Interco Customer Service and Markets
  • Coordinates Global IBP data and issue development and presentation as well as support weekly reporting
  • Supports the IBP process, Reporting and Budgeting process such as scenario generation
  • Supports the GBU (Global Business Unit), Platforms and Sites on supply plan and Budget Cycles

ABOUT YOU

  • Experience: Experience as DRP, Market and/or Plant Supply Chain management, at Global level as Project coordinator would be appreciated. Plant experience is clearly a strong asset
  • Soft skills:

    • Stress management and Adaptability
  • Technical skills:
    • Advanced knowledge of Demand Forecast and Supply Management
    • Solid grip on IBP process
    • Knowledge of Kinaxis and SAP
    • Experience of managing Financials and budgeting
    • Ability to conduct data-driven analysis and communicate findings to management team
    • Degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain (APICS certification is an asset)
    • Successful Leadership experience in matrix environments (direct management and complex stakeholders’ management)
    • Capacity to work transversally (with different functions such as market SC-BP, Site product planner, External manufacturing)
  • Languages: English Professional level Mandatory/French and other languages are appreciated
