Our French team consists of 45 people and is an integral part of our company’s EMEA presence. We combine local expertise with our broader company vision, ensuring innovative solutions that align with diverse market needs.

The Technical Account Management Team is crucial in driving our company’s success, working collaboratively to launch, monitor, and optimize online campaigns for our clients, ensuring high performance and client satisfaction.

This is a job creation to complete our team of 11 Technical Account Managers. You will work closely with the other teams: Account Managers, Sales Managers and Directors. You will report directly to the Technical Team lead.

You Will:

  • Conduct technical operations for our clients (direct clients and agencies), coordinating all technical issues related to campaign setup, launching and running.
  • Manage technical integration between RTB House systems and clients’ e-commerce platforms.
  • Work closely with Account Managers and Sales teams to deliver excellent customer service.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, proposing optimization solutions for internal and external goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to improve processes and share knowledge.

Desired Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a technical role
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experienced user of Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
  • High level of motivation and willingness to learn
  • Good time management and attention to detail
  • Fluency in English and French

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
  • Experience in programming (HTML, JavaScript, PHP, SQL, BASH, etc.) or API system integration
