About Roundtable

Roundtable is aiming to revolutionize private asset management by building a social platform to democratize investments in alternative assets in Europe (start-ups, venture capital funds, private equity, art, crypto-assets, etc.).

Our vision is that alternative asset classes will grow fast in the coming years, as the returns of more traditional investments (real estate, stock markets, etc.) are decreasing, inflation is growing, and tech makes it easier than ever to democratize this type of investments outside of the Ultra High Net Worth sphere.

As a first step, Roundtable has been building the go-to platform for everything related to angel investing in startups.

Roundtable now empowers angel investors to invite their network to co-invest alongside them, automating all the regulatory and process flows under the hood.

We have sold more than 400 deals, worth more than 200M€ and have onboarded more than 11k investors.

We are also enabling them to seamlessly start small VC funds to share their deal flow even more easily.

Further down the line, we will open other asset classes (such as Private Equity, real estate, ec) and aim to become the one-stop shop for non-professional investors for all alternative asset investments.

  • Simon, CTO, ex CTO and co founder (10 years)

About the role

As a Growth Intern, you will join the sales team led by Evan, the CEO of Roundtable. You will closely collaborate with Alexis and Antoine, senior sales representatives, and with Julien, co-founder and CPO of Roundtable. As a very lean and horizontal structure, you will have daily interactions with the whole team.

In this cross-functional function, you will support the sales team in their daily operations to establish Roundtable as a leader in Europe.

3 main focuses:

Outbound

  • Build lists of founders, business angels, and VC funds to reach out by scrapping and enriching databases to launch multi-channel campaigns.

  • Setup and manage multi-channel campaigns (email, LinkedIn) to generate qualified leads for the sales team.

  • Analyze and optimize our messaging and outbound sequences to grow the conversion rate and generate more calls.

Inbound

  • Prepare and publish company newsletters to announce new features, milestones, and general updates to the Roundtable community.

  • Develop our AI-first customer support processes by redacting how-to and informative articles and growing our FAQ page to ensure high-quality support.

  • Prepare and launch our webinar series for founders and investors, and implement growth marketing initiatives before, during, and after events to increase the number of participants and convert them into Roundtable users.

Account Management & Sales

  • Implement activation and reactivation campaigns in our CRM to convert onboarded but not activated Founders and Community Leads and drive revenue.

  • Support the sales team’s daily operations, from creating and structuring Notion pages to attending sales calls and creating dashboards.

Technical stack

  • CRM: Hubspot.

  • Automation: Zapier, Make.

  • Tracking: Segment, June.

  • Outbound: LaGrowthMachine.

  • Support and in-app messaging: Intercom.


Profil recherché

About you

  • You are in a business school or equivalent.

  • You have a first successful experience as an intern in a startup at a growth marketing, business development, or sales ops position. Knowledge of Hubspot is a plus!

  • You are passionate about growth marketing, sales operations, and business development and eager to implement growth initiatives in a fast-growing startup. We are a seed-stage company, so you can help grow your role as you see fit.

  • You have a genuine interest in angel investing and the world of venture capital.

  • You are fluent in English.

  • You have strong attention to detail, and you demonstrate rigor and ownership.

  • You are ready to start as soon as possible.
