As Global Head of Growth & Marketing, you’ll be the driving force behind our marketing engine—leading strategy and execution across the entire funnel. You’ll oversee acquisition, engagement, and retention efforts, while building a strong, consistent brand presence across our markets.
Your core mission: Fuel the Sales team with qualified, high-intent opportunities through scalable, data-driven campaigns—while making Rise Up a brand people trust and remember.
Growth Strategy & Performance Marketing
Define and execute a full-funnel growth strategy (inbound, outbound, ABM) to drive pipeline and revenue.
Design and oversee data-driven campaigns aligned with key buyer personas.
Manage marketing operations and reporting:
Analyze campaign ROI and conversion performance.
Track KPIs across the funnel using CRM (HubSpot).
Manage SEO, SEA, and content strategy in collaboration with agency partners.
Work closely with Sales to optimize lead generation, open new markets, and test innovative acquisition tactics.
Conduct ongoing market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends.
Brand & Content Marketing
Lead our brand positioning and messaging across all channels.
Build Rise Up’s thought leadership and visibility through partnerships, events, and PR.
Oversee content marketing efforts: case studies, client testimonials, whitepapers, webinars, etc.
Collaborate with Sales to produce high-converting enablement assets.
Support event marketing strategy for key trade shows and conferences.
Team & Partner Leadership
Manage and mentor a growing international team of 5 across France and the UK.
Coordinate work with external partners and agencies (SEO, SEA, creative, etc.).
Own and optimize the global marketing budget.
8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, including at least 3 in a SaaS or tech environment.
Proven track record of driving pipeline growth through high-performing multi-channel campaigns.
Expertise in account-based marketing (ABM), SEO/SEA, content, and CRM (HubSpot essential).
Strong analytical mindset; confident managing performance dashboards and KPIs.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills and deep brand sensitivity.
Excellent communication in English (written and spoken). French is a plus.
Leadership experience: able to inspire, structure, and scale a marketing team in a high-growth setting.
