Descriptif du poste

Context:
● relevanC is growing and we are looking for our next Customer Success Manager (CSM) to take care of the clients of our SaaS Retail Media platforms;
● You will be part of the Client Services team, working closely with Product teams, other CSM, Onboarding Managers and Account Managers.

Missions:
● Be the trusted partner for our clients;
● Provide insights to the users to ensure that they get the most value out of our SaaS platforms (ROI);
● Communicate ROI to our clients;
● Serve as the primary contact for the training and support of platform end users;
● Share feedbacks from our customers to the Product team to help us build the best roadmap;
● Communicate platforms’ new features to our clients to accelerate adoption and improve client engagement;
● Identify cross sell opportunities between our different platforms;
● Measure client satisfaction level and build action plans to boost that KPI (Net Promoter Score).


Profil recherché

● Ideally 3+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role;
● Experience in a Saas software companies preferred;
● Fluency in English and French are a must (will be tested). A third language would be preferred;
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
● Strong analytical skills (SQL will be a plus);
● Bias for action;
● Passion for technology and for being a part of a fast-growing SaaS company;
● Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Product, Marketing, Services).
