Your responsibilities will include:

• UX Evaluation: Conduct thorough analyses of our current products using benchmarks, user interviews, and available data. Create and analyze user tests to formulate recommendations that will have a real impact on the user experience.

• Harmonization of existing elements: Based on the findings from the previous analysis and our brand guidelines, propose a library of new components to establish a clear and intuitive design system.

• User Research: Conduct market research to better understand our customers and users, and translate this information into innovative personas and interface designs.

• Design Thinking: Facilitate ideation workshops to stimulate creativity and innovation, and explore new design opportunities that will define the future of our product.

• UX Writing: Follow the user via the interface to analyze their vision of expectations or actions to be carried out.

• UX Design: Participate in co-design workshops, develop customer journeys to create captivating user experiences.

• User Interface Design: Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that embody our ideas and facilitate testing and validations with our users.

You will report directly to the Head of Product and will work with:

• The stakeholders

• The technical teams

• Regularly with the QA and CSM teams

Experience: You have a good understanding of UX methods with a minimum of 4 years of experience as a UX Designer for SaaS and/or B2B products.

Education: Design or ergonomy degree.

Expected Skills:

• You have a Product vision and continuously observe market trends and technological innovations.

• You are proficient with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Axure.

• You are familiar with UX methodologies and ergonomics principles.

• You have the ability to communicate and work in an agile Scrum environment.

• Fluent English required.

Nice to have:

• A portfolio that demonstrates an understanding of the design process and strong UI/UX skills.

• Knowledge of a PIM and/or DAM.

• Familiarity with the e-commerce sector.
