Descriptif du poste

As our “Customer Education Engineer & technical writer”, you will design and implement programs that help customers gain maximum value from the Quable PIM.
Your work on the customer journey will have a significant impact on customer engagement, adoption, and retention, while maximizing the productivity of our existing customer success and support teams.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and implement customer education ressources to ensure that customers are receiving maximum value from our platform.
  • Work with Support and Customer Success teams to optimise the treatment of customer inquiries and frequent similar requests.
  • Create a robust library of self-help content, including but not limited to: webinars, cookbooks, videos in relation with the Product Owner and its team.
  • Help Sales & Onboarding Teams by providing ressources : technical deck, training ressources, use cases
  • Regularly publish articles on news and products improvements

Profil recherché

You

  • Are bilingual English-French, as most of the proposed content will be written in English.
  • Have experience, skills and/or knowledge in B2B software with notions of integration between tools: API scenarios, simple architecture in a B2B environment
  • Have a strong sense of customer service, reactivity and are precise in your deliverables.
  • Want to contribute to the continuous improvement of a customer service / education at a SaaS publisher.
  • Feel at ease with speaking/writing in front of different audiences (project manager, very specific business user, developer)
  • Must have at least 3 years of professional experience in a position related to the skills required.
