As a Strategic Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning and leading cross-team strategic initiatives on a wide range of topics to help Qonto grow and meet its business objectives. You will also lead strategic M&A assessments to help Qonto grow even faster.
You will be highly exposed to Senior Management and work with Qonto's different teams - Growth, Product, Tech, Ops, Finance, Compliance, People - and will ensure transversal coordination between them to carry out your missions!
👩💻🧑💻 As Strategic Project Manager at Qonto, you will
• Lead a wide range of cross-team strategic projects, such as pricing and offer strategy, GTM strategy, product strategy, operating model, from inception to execution.
• Conduct strategic M&A assessments including definition of M&A investment thesis, opportunity assessment and strategic due diligence
• Work closely with the leadership team acting as a trusted business partner and amplifying their impact through strategic assistance
🤔What you can expect
• Work on strategic topics with high exposure to the senior management team of Qonto
• Play a key role in ensuring the Strategic Plan is a success and support Qonto in achieving its ambitious targets

Before joining Qonto, Cédrick worked in Strategy Consulting with a focus on strategic planning, M&A due diligence, and growth strategies. He also had a short entrepreneurial experience co-founding a start-up in the luxury sector.
What does he bring to the team?
Cédrick brings his experience in strategic assessment & projects and knowledge in Fintech industry. He will support you to master your projects and continuously make you grow and learn.
🏅 About You
• Experience: 4+ years of experience in a top-tier consulting firm and/or as a project manager in a startup (Experience in payments/Fintech is a plus)
• Education: you have a Master’s degree or equivalent from a top-tier Business or Engineering school
• Analytical thinker: you have an analytical spirit, enjoy complex problem-solving solving, and thrive in quantitative & financial projects
• Communication and structuring skills: you have outstanding verbal & written communication skills and you have a good ability to structure, synthesize and formalize
• Project and stakeholder management: your drive and excellent organization skills allow you to be a strong project manager, able to break silos and coordinate cross-team initiatives. You are experienced in planning and leading strategic initiatives
• Efficient and adaptable: you can ramp up fast on new topics, navigate in complex environments, and deliver in a fast-paced manner
• Conscientious: you pay attention to detail in the execution and the follow-up of missions
• Languages: you are fluent in English (speaking either French, Italian, German or Spanish is a real plus)
