As a Product Manager - Data, you will play a key role in achieving Qonto’s main mission: create the finance solution all businesses love.

You will be responsible for building Qonto’s data team’s vision alongside our VP of Data, and make sure the engineering team has all the necessary means to ship high quality features that drive tremendous value both for internal and external users.

At Qonto, product development is a collaborative effort between engineering, design, operations and other key functions. You’ll be joining a group of experienced Product Managers with a track record of successfully building large-scale business and consumer products.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Product Manager - Data at Qonto, you will

• Define Data’s team vision. You will work with engineering, product and all main stakeholders of Qonto to conceive the Data roadmap by centralizing and prioritizing demands that bring the most value to Qonto’s business.
• Be the translator between the business and the data team. Working closely with all the different teams at Qonto, you will be able to translate their needs into actionable materials for the engineers so they can deliver value at an amazing pace.
• Work with different data concepts. Data at Qonto can be about giving stakeholders and founders the tools they need to make good decisions. But it is also about using data science to add magic into our product (see our VAT auto extract feature!).
• Explore new frontiers to find where data can bring value at Qonto. You won’t just be prioritizing internal demands. You’ll also run discovery work to find out where the data team can have most impact. It can be both for internal needs or for user facing features.

• Experience: You already have a strong experience in Data, ideally in a scale-up environment.
• Problem solver: You have strong problem-solving skills. You obsess with coming up with the best possible solutions to fit our users’ needs.
• Tech fluency: You are constantly curious to understand how things work. You are able to navigate in a technical environment.
• Make an impact: You’re motivated by the opportunity to improve the lives of customers.

• Education: You graduated from a business or engineering school (or equivalent).
