As a People Development Manager (HRBP), you will join the People team that is responsible for building a fast-growing team that supports Qonto’s ambition!

Directly reporting to Matthias, our Lead of People Development, you will support the business growth by acting as a strategic partner and suggest new People Development action plans, which will develop employees’ engagement and the company’s talent retention.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a People Development Manager at Qonto, you will

  • Be the point of contact for teams and managers at Qonto, from their on-boarding through the rest of their time at the company. On a daily basis, you will provide HR guidance, resolve complex situations and help increase team handling all the People Dev (performance, career, training, ways of working…) related requests from employees for a specific department.
  • Building and deploying HR initiatives that will impact the entire organization(Engagement Survey, Training Programs, Performance Reviews…).
  • Driving continuous improvement by making sure our People system, initiatives, and processes, answer business needs.

Profil recherché

  • Experience: You have a first significant experience as an HR Project Manager, HR Generalist, HRBP, or equivalent.
  • Ownership: You successfully lead projects from A to Z and have the ability to get things done and engage the people you work with.
  • Creativity: You are proactive in proposing and implementing new concepts, in a fast-paced environment that demands constant innovation.
  • Communication: You have outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Languages: You speak both French and English.
  • Education: You have a French Master’s or equivalent degree in Human Resources Management, Marketing, or in a relevant field.

  • A fully remote exercise to evaluate your hard skills and understand how you see the world
  • Video calls with future team members to discuss your exercise and help you project yourself in the company
  • A Final video-call with the manager of your future Department

We will send you an interview guide so you can best prepare yourself.
On average our process lasts 15 to 20 working days and offers usually follow within 48 hours 🤞
