Join us as a Marketing Project Expert to lead cross-team & cross-market projects defining and executing Regate's innovative accounting technology with Qonto's leading financial solutions


You will directly report to Madeleine - Head of Marketing for our Regate Business Unit and work with local and global marketing team members, helping define and execute the marketing strategy.


You will be in charge of managing high-impact projects, and will have the opportunity to partner with a huge variety of stakeholders in several teams in the company - as well as with external partners.


This role requires strong project management skills, a data-driven approach, and proven experience in managing relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.


👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Marketing Project Expert at Qonto, you will


Act as the key representative of the Regate Marketing team for epic launches: being the key PoC in the Marketing team for stakeholders, you will support them in fine-tuning the GTM for new features and in rolling out actions to achieve our company’s objectives, sharing with them your marketing expertise.

Coordinate global strategic projects: kick-off and coordinate cross-team & cross-market projects, by setting up high-level marketing objectives that serve our business targets, selecting the right stakeholders and rituals, coordinating the marketing efforts to ensure quality and delivery on time, measuring results, and collecting key learnings.

Ensure alignment on the marketing OKRs and strategy: help the whole Global Marketing team to define the quarterly OKRs in line with the company and the Growth team’s priorities.

Own and improve budget management across all marketing teams: define the best tools and processes to manage the marketing budget allocation and to keep track of the actual expenses, partnering with the Finance, Revenue, and Data teams.

• Ensure Marketing excellence: based on the analysis of results and learnings throughout the execution of projects, share best practices and build standards & processes for global and local marketing teams, and in some instances for the whole Growth team.

Her Path: Madeleine Corbetta is the Head of Marketing at Regate.io, specializing in SaaS B2B Marketing and Entrepreneurship. With a Master in Management from ESCP Europe, she has extensive experience in New York, Berlin, and Hong Kong and has excelled in business development and marketing roles across sectors like Healthcare, Telecom, AI, and Fintech. Initially at VINCI Group, she launched an AI startup, Cyclope.ai, and later spearheaded the marketing strategy at Regate.io from its inception. She now leads a team of six, overseeing Growth, Content, Branding & Comms, and Product Marketing in France and Spain.

Madeleine is a strategic, collaborative leader known for her entrepreneurial spirit and innovation passion. Fluent in English, Italian, and French, she directs Regate's marketing across France and Spain, integrating robust marketing strategies for superior market positioning and seamless acquisition processes. A proactive "Doer," her approach balances continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making with creativity and out-of-the-box thinking, essential in the competitive finance automation software market.



🏅About You


Mastery: you have proven experience in multiple marketing areas - like Communication, Brand, Content, CRM, or Acquisition - and a track record in cross-team & cross-market project management.

Project Manager: you are comfortable with taking ownership and managing multiple large-scale projects at the same time, collaborating effectively with stakeholders from various roles and seniority, and ensuring high-quality deliverables by paying strong attention to detail

Analytical thinker: you are data-driven and autonomous in setting up objectives & KPIs, gathering and analyzing data through Excel and BI tools (Tableau knowledge is highly appreciated, Metabase and SQL knowledge is a plus)

Team player: able to work strategically and collaboratively across departments/ teams and with external stakeholders

Communication: you have outstanding verbal and written communication skills, and can engage internal leaders/teams across functions and external stakeholders

Experience: 3+ years of experience in marketing and project management roles (either in a consulting firm or in a scaleup - B2B experience is a plus)

Languages: You are fluent in both French and English
