As a Demand Generation Operations Manager you will be working with Maria, our Head of Demand Generation and Demand Generation Teams, to help us build and scale demand generation strategy and operations across Qonto’s four markets.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻As a Demand Generation Ops Manager, you will:

Understand Demand Generation (Inbound Project Journey and Outbound) activities and business needs to structure and prioritise them for Revenue Operations teams (Sales Ops, Growth Ops, BI);

Take a lead on Demand Generation operations optimisation and scalability: work closely with other Ops teams to challenge and implement the most efficient processes to support our activity in the short and long run (lead source campaign structure, lead statuses, campaign naming conventions, etc.);

Be the owner of Demand Generation tech stack: do the benchmarking, track its cost and usage, and work with Revenue Operation teams to ensure reliable integrations;

Build reliable and automated reporting: offer the most relevant KPIs to track our activity, work with other teams to ensure the definitions and correct KPI calculation, define the best tools and rituals to track the performanceHelp us build data-driven strategy and set targets through in-depth analysis of Demand Generation results and topics (lead progression through the funnel, lead sources performance, conversion rates, etc).

🤝 About your future manager:

Your manager will be Maria, our Head of Demand Generation:

Their background?

Maria joined Qonto in July 2023 to lead and develop Demand Generation team. She has an extensive work experience of 10+ years in various Demand Generation and Growth functions, having worked previously at French scale-ups, such as Algolia, Swile, and Aircall;

What they can bring to the team:

Upon joining Qonto, Maria expends understanding of Demand Generation and builds scalable strategy and processes aligned with the Acquisition and overall company direction.

🏅About You:

Experience: you have at least 3 years of experience in Marketing, Demand Generation, or Sales Operations. You have good understanding of Demand Generation activities and the lead funnel (from lead generation to deal closing). Ideally, you have had an experience working with self-service and sales-assisted lead funnels;

Academic Background: You have a Master’s degree with a specialization in digital marketing, analytics, CRM, or marketing automation platforms. Certifications from Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, or similar can be beneficial;

Structure and conciseness: you are well-structured and concise in your documentation and communication;

Mastery: You master at least one lead generation tool (marketing automation, nurturing, e-mailing, and workflows): Salesforce, Pardot, Hubspot. Great knowledge of Salesforce is a plus;

Analytical: you know how to deal with data and analyze the impact of your actions. With a data-driven mindset, you get and share insights to identify new opportunities, improve our workflows & plan actions;

Languages: You are fluent in English and another European language (French, Spanish, Italian, German) is a plus.
