At Qonto the mission of the CRM team is to drive users through the entire lifecycle to improve satisfaction and value using the relevant communication channels with the best message and timing.

The Analytics CRM Team is in charge of turning the CRM data (opening rate, CTOR, conversion..) into value in order to continuously improve the impact of all the actions taken by the CRM team on the company’s targets and revenue.

As a CRM Expert, for the Analytics Team, you will be responsible for analyzing and reporting CRM performance to show how our strategies have driven value for both our customers and our business so that we can continuously improve.

You will join a team of 10 Qontoers specialized in CRM and be part of the CRM subteam in charge of analyzing our performance, measuring our impact, and driving continuous improvement on our existing actions. You will directly report to Coralie, our Senior CRM Lead.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a CRM Analytics Expert at Qonto, you will:

Design our monitoring system and our processes, so that you can analyze, report, and improve our performance

Understand and manage unexpected changes in the performance of our automated actions, or any ad-hoc sendings

Build knowledge and continuously improve our actions by analyzing and sharing A/B testing results and defining the next steps

Measure the marketing pressure, and its impact on our performance and give recommendations (channels, sending time...) for continuous improvement

🤝 About your future manager

Their path: Coralie started her CRM career in the consulting hotel industry, she joined the tech ecosystem when she became a CRM Lead for Kapten, and then joined Qonto to build from scratch our CRM Global team in 2020. Since then she has been leading a team of 10 Qontoers.

What they can bring to you: a client-focused business approach and she will also give you a clear vision and full ownership of your responsibilities.

🏅About You

Experience: You have 5+ years of experience in analytical skills and cross-channel CRM marketing (email, mobile, in-product) and automation strategies using CRM platforms like customer.io, Intercom, or Braze

Mastery: You are an analytical thinker with experience measuring communication actions performance, and finding areas of opportunity. Strong A/B testing skills and KPIs analysis knowledge. SQL knowledge is a plus

Structure: You have strong project management skills, including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Storyteller: You like to articulate complex situations in a simple manner to convey meaningful messages & communicate efficiently

Languages: You are fluent in English, and French would be nice to have.

- Video calls or onsite interviews with future team members (optional) to help you understand what working at Qonto is like

- A final video call or onsite interview with the manager of your future Department
