Today's sales team is composed of 5 full-cycle sales reps (doing both the SDR & AE job) directly reporting to the CEO, Antoine. Your role would be to take the Head of Sales position, managing the team, and reporting to the CEO.
The main goal is to establish some strong-level repeatability & consistency in our sales process, in France 🇫🇷. You should help us grow us:
From 🅰️ We have some customers, some inbound leads, and a micro-brand.
To 🅱️ Scale this and get us from €1m to €10m ARR.
Reference calls with also happen, simultaneously.
