As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Qantev, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product marketing strategy for our enterprise software solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to understand customer needs, identify key market segments, and create compelling messaging and positioning. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of enterprise software, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving customer adoption and market growth.
Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market penetration for our enterprise software solutions.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and positioning opportunities.
Develop buyer personas, value propositions, and messaging that resonates with target customers and differentiates our products in the market.
Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to understand product features and benefits and translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions.
Develop high-impact marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, product datasheets, presentations, and case studies.
Plan and execute product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, generate excitement, and ensure successful go-to-market execution.
Support sales teams with training, product positioning guidance, and the creation of compelling sales tools and resources.
Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback to continuously refine messaging, positioning, and product offerings.
Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Analyze market and product data to track campaign effectiveness, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to inform product roadmap and marketing strategies.
Represent the company and its products at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience (> 10 years) in product marketing, preferably in the enterprise software or B2B technology industry.
Strong understanding of enterprise software market dynamics, buyer personas, and competitive landscape.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, product launches, and marketing campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive marketing decisions.
Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools is preferred.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment.
Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
