As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Qantev, you will be responsible for developing and executing the product marketing strategy for our enterprise software solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and marketing, to understand customer needs, identify key market segments, and create compelling messaging and positioning. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of enterprise software, strong analytical skills, and a passion for driving customer adoption and market growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies to drive product adoption, revenue growth, and market penetration for our enterprise software solutions.

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and positioning opportunities.

  • Develop buyer personas, value propositions, and messaging that resonates with target customers and differentiates our products in the market.

  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to understand product features and benefits and translate technical capabilities into customer value propositions.

  • Develop high-impact marketing collateral, including sales enablement materials, product datasheets, presentations, and case studies.

  • Plan and execute product launches, working closely with cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, generate excitement, and ensure successful go-to-market execution.

  • Support sales teams with training, product positioning guidance, and the creation of compelling sales tools and resources.

  • Conduct customer interviews and gather feedback to continuously refine messaging, positioning, and product offerings.

  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

  • Analyze market and product data to track campaign effectiveness, measure ROI, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market dynamics, and customer needs to inform product roadmap and marketing strategies.

  • Represent the company and its products at industry events, conferences, and customer engagements.


Profil recherché

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience (> 10 years) in product marketing, preferably in the enterprise software or B2B technology industry.

  • Strong understanding of enterprise software market dynamics, buyer personas, and competitive landscape.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts into compelling value propositions.

  • Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies, product launches, and marketing campaigns.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive marketing decisions.

  • Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools is preferred.

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic startup environment.

  • Willingness to travel as needed for customer meetings, conferences, and industry events.
