L'opportunité

Mission : tracking progress of strategy and enabling excellence in its execution

The International Business Development Manager will be responsible for supporting the Business development department in analyzing Global business, tracking progress of strategy and enabling excellence in its execution, partnering with each regions and markets.

This role will report into the International Business Development Director CLB, and will be a key point of contact for all regions, also working with all Global departments.

 

Ce que vous aurez à faire

Support international long term growth strategy 

  • Project lead on brand strategic growth engines within scope of responsibility (ie new channels, retail formats implementations, assortments, new categories …)
  • Assess and evaluate International business across all dimensions (categories, channels, markets, consumers) to support International Business Development Director and enable decisions making
  • Co-lead with International Business Development Director detailed growth roadmap execution for each regions
  • Track progress of strategy and excellence in execution within all regions, setting the right KPIs and monthly processes
  • Drive local relevancy initiatives (key local gifting moments actions)

Assist regions and markets on strategy excellence in execution

  • Follow up and track new distribution expansion (pre opening and post with monthly performnce updates)
  • Support in anticipating supply risks and work with regions and Global Demand Planning teams to ensure excellence in operations planning : forecast accuracy follow up and mitigation plans building
  • Anticipate and align on full year 360 activations with each regions, be their voice with Global/Operational Marketing & Retail/Design teams
  • Support driving focus on top markets & top doors partnering with regions and markets, including operationalization of strategy and KPI monitoring
  • Collaborate with regional teams on key Retailer meetings & International market visits

Internal business communication and reporting

  • Consolidate monthly update & reportings, be aware of priority projects within the geographic scope (monthly sales, events, new launches results…) in order to allow management to take the best strategic decisions
  • Gather and share regions best practices to drive positive emulation between regions
  • Support in key Global meetings preparation (brand reviews, quarterly updates…)
  • Drive internal business communication on key regions highlights (ie newsletter implementation and monthly reviews preparation)

Profil recherché

Description du profil :

  • Master degree with a first successful experience in business (international experience is a plus)
  • A solid experience in Operational Marketing & Business Development
  • Strong collaborative skills, team player
  • Ability to work across functions and cultures
  • Naturally curious and passionate about numbers, data, insights and applications to the business
  • Effectively communicates on priorities
  • English fluent, french is a plus
