The opportunity

The Imagine Lab is Puig’s creative AI studio dedicated to exploring how generative technologies can elevate and transform the creative processes of our fashion and beauty brands. From storytelling and concept development to production and prototyping, we help brands integrate GenAI tools into their workflows to unlock new forms of visual expression and creative agility.

As Junior Creative, you will work closely with the Imagine Lab Manager to bring to life a wide range of creative projects, from concept decks and mood boards to campaign support and visual research. This is an opportunity to contribute to forward-thinking ideas while developing your own creative and technical skillset in a high-paced, visual-first environment. You will also be encouraged to explore and upskill in generative AI tools, alongside more traditional creative workflows.

• Assist in the production of creative presentations, image decks, and visual concept boards.
• Support ongoing creative projects across Puig’s brand portfolio (fashion & beauty).
• Research visual references, gather trend inputs, and help shape storytelling.
• Format and edit AI-generated visuals in line with brand aesthetics.
• Contribute to post-production tasks (layout, compositing, asset cleanup).
• Open to upskill yourself in GenAI with the team’s guidance.

You have:

• A portfolio that demonstrates strong visual culture and storytelling, from moodboards and concept decks to image-making (AI or traditional).
• A background in graphic design, visual communication, art direction, or a related creative field.
• Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator essential).
• Interest in generative AI and image/video tools (e.g. Midjourney, Runway, ChatGPT).
• Comfort working in PowerPoint and Keynote for deck formatting.
• Basic understanding of creative workflows in image-making or video.
• Fluency in English; French and/or Spanish are a plus.
