What we are building

Pubstack’s product is an Ad Management platform (SaaS) for web publishers that was created in 2018.

We currently work with over 100 premium publishers across Europe.

The opportunity

As we rapidly expand our teams across the company, we are looking for someone capable of helping the HR manager and the Chief of staff with the HR projects and the day-to-day HR operations.

A major mission will be to work closely with the HR team regarding the various recruitment steps; We are looking for a person who can help us attract and hire talents for all our teams!

You will have the opportunity to work on various topics within a team and a start-up that evolves very quickly!

What will you do?

  • HR Projects / Day-to-Day Ops
  • Execute and maintain the quality of our processes
  • Build and update the Internal documentation for our HR processes
  • Help the HR manager with all the admin HR (linked to onboarding, offboarding, employee questions, compensation plan, training, on-call)
  • Help the HR team with internal communication (during all-hands, on-site…)
  • Manage the collaboration with Deel (Employer of Record)
  • Work with the HR manager on various HR projects (salary review process, annual review process, career path, training plan, project/change management, re-design the onboarding process, etc.)
  • Recruitment
  • Source talents for a variety of open positions across all business units
  • Schedule phone and onsite interviews
  • Collaborate with our Hiring Managers to understand their hiring needs
  • Management of our ATS (Lever) and ensuring regular reporting on the pipeline
  • Post positions to ATS as necessary
  • Who are we looking for?

  • 12/24 months apprenticeship
  • You have a first experience (internship/work-study) in human resources
  • You are doing a master’s degree in HR
  • Fluency in English & French (native is a plus)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach
  • Proactive, structured, organized
  • Flexible and a very strong capacity to adapt
