Each of our products is customized to a person’s needs based on the results from an online consultation. The individual data is processed through a proprietary algorithm and made-to-order in the Prose lab using natural active ingredients. Position Summary

4 month temporary contract - Manage the development of Prose's personalised cosmetic products

Key Responsibilities

• Run laboratory experiments, analyse results and propose technical solutions
• Assess and select new and innovative raw materials
• Proactively take initiatives
• Contribute to algorithm design with Data Science Team
• Collaborate effectively with the Ops team to facilitate the scale-up phases
• Contribute to scientific communication on ingredients and formulas
• Provide relevant updates regularly to management

Key Candidate Requirements

• Master Degree in Chemistry or Biology or Agro
• Previous experiences in Cosmetic laboratories are a "+"
• Ability to manage and deliver quality projects on time, including various stakeholders
• Good team working skills and team spirit
• Work rigorously, pay attention to details
• Able to provide clear synthesis and communicate efficiently
• Able to work both in French and in English in a multicultural environment
