You will join the Technology & Operations team within the global Publicis Production division. You will report into the Client Services Director for Technology.

Our team supports the definition of processes and the set-up of adequate technology, enabling our agencies to collaborate with their global clients online, for the production and review of their advertising assets.

When assisting the New Business, Implementation and Change Lead, as well as their team of Technical Account Managers, you will collaborate with Regional Leads, Production teams and Clients in different Business and geographical areas to support pitching and existing client relationships. This includes the elaboration and rollout of the most accurate and efficient configuration of our technology stack ProductionCloud to fit the business needs. Once ready, you can take on and own the relationship with a first client, monitor KPIs, and drive process and platform optimization.

Core tasks:

  • Support pitching and onboarding of new global clients by executing technology configuration and creating pitch material such as short platform presentation videos.
  • Provide full support material for training, update process and user guide documentation, as well as technology configuration as needed
  • Interaction with dev team, plan, communicate, test, and rollout new releases to Business
  • Proactive monitoring of the activity, run reports, analyze data and present key insights
  • Collect, evaluate and formalize business requirements for technology improvement, document technical specs and manage change logs.
  • Support punctual initiatives such as market research / benchmarking: test 3rd party solutions, analyze features, compare with in-house technology and present gap analysis
  • Punctually support global initiatives around client satisfaction surveys
  • Contribute to identify best practice and define the best setting for ProdigiousCloud toolset


Profil recherché

Experience and skills

  • Students with specialization in marketing/communication and looking for a minimum of 2 years work-study contract
  • Interest in technology and processes, workflows, collaborative organization with clients
  • Quick learner, autonomous, proactive, dynamic 
  • Team spirit and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Requires listening, analysis and teaching ability as well as the capacity to influence
  • Easiness with online tools, “digital native”
  • Attention to detail and dedication to the accuracy and reliability of information
  • Excellent command of English and French (both written and spoken) is mandatory, a first international experience would be of great value
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
