Integrated into the Paid division of one of Primelis’ Business Units and a true expert on all aspects of referencing, your mission will consist of supervising a team of Paid consultants, as well as supporting a portfolio of the agency’s premium clients in the management of their paid acquisition.
Project management:
Autonomous management of a client portfolio
Manage the acquisition strategies of Key Account clients
Collaboration framework: Internal kick-off and client kick-off
Paid Reporting: preparation and facilitation of weekly calls, preparation and presentation of monthly client reports, preparation and presentation of quarterly reviews
Framing the production of the team’s deliverables
Accompany consultants during meetings with their clients
Supervise the production of services
Operational:
Guarantee the operational excellence of the team
Co-create deliverables for the team’s strategic clients
Optimization of platforms: monitoring the set-up and the various recurring optimizations listed in the client’s Asana
Paid monitoring and alerting: set-up of performance monitoring and tools available

Monitoring/knowledge sharing:
Ensure and share monitoring: operational monitoring on the acquisition universe (organic or paid)
Feedback: sharing feedback with other consultants in the division

Carry out onboarding and ensure the integration of new employees
Conduct weekly One to Ones with each consultant

You are bilingual in English (minimum level C1)
You hold a degree with a specialization in digital marketing and have at least 4 years of professional experience in a digital agency
You have full command of various advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Microsoft Ads, etc.) and possess in-depth knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
You have already supported major clients in developing their paid acquisition strategies
