As part of the Content Operations team, you will report directly to the Head of Content and collaborate closely with internal consultants (SEO, Paid, Creative).
Your mission: to oversee and scale the automation and production of content for a portfolio of in-house managed clients, with a strong focus on US-based projects.
This role bridges content strategy and technical execution: you will design, implement, and maintain the systems and workflows that transform strategic briefs into high-quality, automated, and scalable deliverables.
You’ll leverage tools such as Airflow, n8n, Make, Google Sheets, and similar low/no-code automation platforms to build and optimize the pipelines that keep our content engine running efficiently.
Objectives
Ensure smooth operation of automated content production workflows for the internal client portfolio.
Design, maintain, and continuously improve end-to-end automation pipelines (brief → production → review → publication → reporting).
Guarantee the quality, scalability, and timely delivery of all content deliverables.
Support and manage Content Operations for US projects, collaborating with international teams.
Collaboration & Project Management
Collaborate with internal consultants (SEO, Paid, Creative) to translate briefs into automated and operational workflows.

Build and update production tracking dashboards (e.g., ClickUp or Google Sheets) listing content status, workflows, and automation steps
Maintain visibility on delivery schedules for consulting and production teams
Communicate progress and updates through collaborative tools
Content Automation & Production
Translate briefs into structured and automated processes, configuring tools, selecting the right automation methods, and designing prompts or integrations.
Build and manage workflows through Apache Airflow, n8n, Make, or similar orchestration tools, including automatic draft generation, CMS integration, and automated QA checks.
Manage and coordinate internal and external contributors involved in the automated production workflows.
Supervise content review, SEO optimization, tone and brand compliance, and final quality validation — through automated or semi-automated processes.
Oversee content integration in CMS or back-office systems, using scripts or automation where relevant.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
Produce and monitor key performance metrics on automation efficiency: content volume, time saved, error rate, and deadline adherence.
Analyze workflow performance and propose improvements to enhance automation, reduce manual effort, and improve quality control.
Contribute to monthly internal reviews (Steering Board, Project Board, Review Sessions) to share updates, insights, and optimization recommendations.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Digital Marketing, or a Technical field.
3–5 years of experience in content marketing, production, or content operations.
Strong technical understanding or motivation to develop expertise in workflow orchestration and content automation (Airops, n8n, Make, Google Sheets, APIs, or similar).
Interest in AI-driven automation, prompt engineering, and no-code/low-code solutions.
Excellent organization, autonomy, and communication skills; able to collaborate effectively with consulting and production teams.
Strong writing ability and attention to detail (SEO best practices, tone of voice, compliance standards).
Fluent English (C1 level required) – essential for working on US content projects and using English-language tools and documentation.
Curious, structured, and proactive mindset with a passion for building efficient systems.
