Reporting to a Senior Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for operational and strategic performance.
You will be responsible for the operational and strategic performance of TikTok Shop accounts.
Identify, recruit, and onboard high‑potential creators.
Manage sample shipments and measure content impact on GMV (Gross Merchandise Value).
Engage and retain affiliate communities around the brands.
Write and manage clear creator briefs to ensure quality and performance of content.
Optimize product catalogs (product pages, TikTok Shop SEO, new SKUs).
Monitor logistics, inventory, and customer experience end‑to‑end.
Support the management of TikTok Shop‑specific Ads campaigns.
Execute activation plans during key commercial periods (Black Friday, Summer Sales, product launches, etc.).
Track key daily KPIs: GMV, conversion, ROI, CAC.
Produce clear, concise, and decision‑oriented reporting for enterprise clients.

💼We are looking for a full-time Account Manager (CDI) who can quickly build expertise on TikTok Shop.
You have
Education: Business school or Master’s degree (equivalent to Bac+5).
Experience: At least one successful experience in agency work, e-commerce, social media, or TikTok (strongly valued).
Mindset: Independent, resourceful, solution-oriented and results-driven.
Data-driven: Comfortable with numbers and excellent analytical skills.
Communication: Confident on client calls, structured and proactive.
Languages: Fluent in French and English (essential for our international clients).
