Join Our Team as a Senior Product Manager: Shape the Future of Digital Workplace Experience with Us!

As a Senior Product Manager at Powell Software, you will oversee the entire lifecycle of our Intranet solutions (Web, Mobile, AI, etc.). You’ll be a key player in defining our product roadmap aligned with our “Augmented Digital Workplace” vision. This role involves executing sprints with the RD Intranet team, drafting specifications, managing the backlog, conducting QA tests, and documenting processes.

You’ll communicate the value of our products to PMM, PreSales, and CSM teams and manage OKRs related to New Business and feature use. Your insights from market and competitive research will ensure and enhance our strategic positioning.


Profil recherché

Required Skills:

  • Experience: At least 5 years in managing a BtoB SaaS solution, preferably in Digital Workplace or Future of Work domains.

  • Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Microsoft environments, particularly Microsoft 365. Mobile solutions experience is a plus.

  • Business Understanding: Solid grasp of Internal Communications and HR challenges in digital transformation contexts.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional active listening and interaction skills with PreSales and Customer Success teams.

  • Learning: Quick to grasp new technologies such as Microsoft SharePoint, Graph API, Azure Services, AI, and the specific needs of Communications and HR.

  • Languages: Fluent in English and French, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
