Powder is searching for a Strategy & Operations intern, starting from July 2022 for 6 months.

You will be involved with the following:
Company culture

• Iconic companies like Pixar or Netflix are built on ambitious company cultures, that live through the generations. Help us build ours at Powder!
• Specifically, help us engineer and monitor a communication infrastructure empowering us to maximize our operational efficiency across the organization (e.g. monthly OKRs reporting, communication tools, cross-team meetings infrastructure, etc.).
  Public, private funding
• Support the management team in raising private funds: investors relations, due diligence, etc.
• Help our co-founders prepare investor relations in general and board meetings in particular.
• Coordinate applications to grants from Bpifrance, the European Commission, etc.
  Legals, finance
• Help us create a robust framework for our future collaborations with gaming studios and other service partners in the context of future collaborations;
• Business plan update and reporting.
  Strategy, operations
• Right hand to the Head of Strategy and Operations;
• General support on HR, hiring missions, happiness initiatives;
• Participate in coordinating our relationships with our external service providers: e.g. banks, lawyers, accountants, etc.

• Currently studying in a leading business or engineering school;
• Experience studying and/or implementing company operations;
• Analytical, strong focus on rigor;
• Interest in startups and Artificial Intelligence;
• Ability to take the initiative and employ good judgment;
• Fluency in English and French
