As a Junior Product Manager, you will join our Product Team in Bordeaux and work in close collaboration with Arthur, our Head of Product. You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of new features, from identifying user needs to QA testing, through writing detailed specifications for our various applications:
The B2C iOS and Android apps, used by our customers to rent bikes and scooters
The Adopt-a-Pony app, designed for individuals investing in our fleet
Our internal tools, developed to manage logistics and maintenance operations
The internal back office, used daily by all teams to manage operations
User needs analysis: Conduct user interviews, gather field feedback, and analyze data to uncover user expectations.
Prioritise features: Help define product priorities aligned with business goals, product vision, and insights from user research.
Write specs: Structure the identified needs into clear specifications and ensure close follow-up with the tech team throughout development.
Benchmark & research: Carry out active competitive research through regular benchmarking to identify best practices and innovations in the industry.
Quality assurance: Test developed features, detect bugs, and identify areas for improvement.
Performance analysis: Evaluate the impact of released features and suggest concrete improvements based on data and user feedback.
Currently enrolled in an engineering school, business school, or product-oriented academic program, seeking a gap year or end-of-studies internship
A previous experience in strategy consulting, digital project management (startup or agency) is a strong plus
Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, and attention to detail
Ability to transform complex problems into simple and effective solutions
Comfortable collaborating across multidisciplinary teams and communicating clearly
Fluent in French & English
