As a Field Operations Lead, you will join our Fleet team in Paris and work closely with David, our Head of Fleet Operations.
Our fleet currently comprises more than 10,000 bikes and scooters deployed across 20 cities in Europe. Within the team, you will manager two Supervisors, who oversee our in-house Operational Control Tower and monitor all vehicles in real time. You’ll also collaborate with our Regional Managers, who are responsible for maintenance on the ground.
Your mission is to design and implement field processes for our external logistics partners, internal Field Patrollers, and Supervision teams. You will also lead the supervision team, negotiate with logistics partners, and drive high-impact projects. On a day-to-day level, you will ensure our vehicles are always available and operations run smoothly. More broadly, you will strengthen the fleet’s operational backbone, improving efficiency and reliability across all cities
