Created in 2015 by Charles Dolisy and Renaud de Lacotte, Plezi is a SaaS inbound
marketing software. Plezi allows companies to simplify their marketing, generate more leads and nurture them so they are ready-to-buy.

An innovative platform, Plezi is the first marketing software that dynamically builds different workflows. Plezi’s algorithms, based on customer data, define the best content to send through to prospects, in order to personalise, educate and inspire.

Winners of Happy at Work for the last 5 years, Plezi has always been part of the top 5 since joining the competition.

The team is made up of ambitious, caring and willing people.
After the second fundraising in May 2019, Plezi continues to grow by expanding its team and creating its international development.

The post :

As part of a young, dynamic and caring team, you’ll wear your Plezi cape and go out to
conquer our new prospects!

Between the Marketing team and Sales, you will be well surrounded by people who will help achieve your goals easily.

A true spokesperson for the company, you will be the first point of contact with our future customers.

Under the direction of our head of sales, you will be in charge of managing our leads!

As such, you will have the following responsibilities:

● Processing leads from different sources
● Present our marketing platform by phone
● In 20-minutes get qualified meetings for your Account Executives colleagues
● Report and follow on CRM
● Be able to know the next step for favourable outcomes and meetings
● Help the marketing team to perfect their campaigns and the content
● Participate in weekly sales meetings.
● Present Plezi at trade shows (physical & digital).
● Reporting
● Be aware of new developments for Plezi and in the inbound marketing sector
● Competitive intelligence

On a daily basis, you will have guidance and support from our teams to help you achieve

Profil recherché

● You already have good experience with sales/business development in tech, web or
start-up world
● You are familiar with Salesforce and sales automation
● You are comfortable with B2B, making contact and communicating easily
● You are comfortable speaking to marketers, sales and business leaders
● Excellent oral and written organisation
● You can adapt in different situations: adjust your tone, bounce back, interact and
convince
● You have a smile in your voice

A good knowledge of digital marketing and SaaS would be a plus.

You personify Plezi to our contacts, you’re its voice and its image, so we are looking for a committed person with a commercial instinct and a good eye. Driven by a thirst for a
challenge, dynamic, rigorous and a great communicator who loves working as part of a team - sympathetic, proactive and passionate - just like us!

You also have the following qualities: you like to learn, you have listening skills when
speaking to prospects. You have analytical and synthesis skills, good resilience and are
comfortable communicating on the phone and writing.

You will join the Sales Team, now composed of:
Claire, our Sales Director and your future manager
Arnaud, Julien, Ugo, our SDR team.
You will also have the opportunity to work with our Account Executives, our partner
manager…
