As part of its continued growth, our client is currently recruiting a Solutions Leader Cloud to strengthen its Solutions & Delivery organization.
The Solutions Leader is responsible for driving profitable solutions revenue by designing, proposing, and delivering customized solutions that meet or exceed client business outcomes. This role collaborates closely with sales teams, partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of sales strategies, governance, and client satisfaction.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue growth within the Solutions business.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and qualified pipelines.
Develop and implement customized client solutions to meet client needs, coordinating internal resources to ensure high-quality delivery.
Lead the end-to-end sales process (from engagement to negotiation and deal closure).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities and support proposal development for complex solutions.
Provide market and client insights to improve the solution portfolio and overall value proposition.
Proven experience in selling complex, technology-based solutions in B2B environments.
Strong communication, negotiation, and account management skills.
Solid business and financial acumen with analytical capabilities.
Hands-on experience with public, hybrid cloud environments, cloud migration projects …
Experience working in matrix and cross-functional environments, engaging with both sales and technical teams.
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with offshore and nearshore delivery teams, ensuring coordination, quality, and on-time delivery across distributed teams.
Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills — comfortable leading executive discussions and defining solution strategies.
Business-level proficiency in English and French.
