As a Product Management Apprentice (GenAI), you'll play a pivotal role in our Generative AI transformation program, contributing to various GenAI projects spanning across departments. You will be based at The Island, Pernod Ricard's headquarters in central Paris.

Your key missions?

• You will support the development and implementation of GenAI-powered solutions across various departments to enhance internal efficiency and productivity 

• You will assist in evaluating and prioritizing use cases for GenAI implementation, focusing on ROI and strategic alignment 

• You will collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into product specifications for GenAI tools and applications 

• You will help monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of GenAI initiatives 

• You will work with cross-functional teams to incorporate user feedback and drive adoption of GenAI solutions 

• You will document and communicate progress, challenges, and successes to various stakeholders 

• You will contribute to the development of best practices and standards for GenAI implementation across the organization

• You have strong analytical skills with an understanding of product management principles 

• You show interest in Generative AI technologies and in their business applications 

• You have experience or coursework in product management, digital product development, or related fields 

• You are familiar with data analysis tools and software 

• You have a basic understanding of technical concepts related to AI/ML 

• You have good communication skills for effective collaboration with individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds 

• You are able to translate technical concepts into business value and user benefits 

• You want to learn about GenAI solutions in pursuit of positive business impact 

• Fluency in English is a must as you will be working in an international environment. Fluency in French is a plus. 

• You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in a related field such as Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar 

• You have demonstrated interest in Generative AI, product management, and digital transformation
