Descriptif du poste

We’re growing fast in Belgium — and we’re looking for a Hunter-minded Business Developer to expand our merchant network and sign new partnerships with top retailers and brands. You will report Directly to the Head of Sales.

  • Define the sales strategy and GTM for the Belgium market

  • Identify, contact, and sign new merchant partners across sectors (Grocery, Fashion, DIY, Electronics, e-commerce…)

  • Pitch PayLead’s value to CMOs and marketing leaders.

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.

  • Secure renewals and upsells in partnership with Customer Success

  • Act as a local market ambassador, representing PayLead in the Belgian marketing and retail ecosystem.

Profil recherché

  • Min 5 years in B2B sales (marketing, retail media, or adtech).

  • Proven track record of closing new business and hitting targets

  • Great understanding of the Belgian retail & e-commerce landscape.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Fluent in French & Dutch, professional English

  • Autonomous, ambitious, and results-driven. You love to win!
