ROLE & IMPACT 💥

By joining the Global KAM team at Partoo, you will contribute to the growth of Key Accounts for the HispAm market (Hispanic America) by analysing their relationships with us thus far, and build a plan with the HispAm Customer Success Team to ensure the client's renewals, upsells and cross-sells!

Xavier: He opened Localoo (Partoo’s Spanish subsidiary now Partoo Iberia) in 2016! 3 years later, this market represents ⅕ of Partoo’s turnover. Xavier is an international profile, he loves travelling, ecology, good food and building relationships!

Helena: She used to work at Paragone as a Senior AE for more than 8 years, and was in charge of new business, renewals, upsell and cross-sell, where she signed some relevant clients such as Zara, Mapfre and Isdin. And just before that, she was working at Facebook.

In her personal life, she has an almost 3-year-old kid and enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She practices sports like running and skiing.

Laurent: Sports fan, epicurean and globe trotter, he likes taking on challenges and working in teams. "Alone we go faster, together we go further!" His main missions are to build loyalty among existing customers in his portfolio, identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities, build-up strategy on “subsidiary” deals or “international” megadeals

Prisca: After living in Lima, Peru, for 5 years, she decided to return to France with her husband to start a French life together. She kept Peru in her heart and is always talking about the good food there! With 7 years of experience in the sales industry, she is now Sales Team Leader for the Hispam market. With more than 5 years of experience in Sales, his mission at Partoo is to develop the Spanish market and build a solid partnership with the clients, and having a lot of fun! From Brazil, he loves to do sports like football, surf, and running, and to travel as much as possible to see beautiful landscapes and know different cultures and food.

MISSIONS 🔥

  • Determine sales action plans aimed at increasing the size of our clients' global portfolio through additional sales, particularly through the selling of new products and through their group subsidiaries in Spain and abroad
  • Understand the mapping and decision-making patterns of large groups to coordinate our expansion and retention strategies,
  • Identify new prospects and develop relationships with new contacts at our clients' sites in order to identify decision-makers on topics that can, and could, interest them
  • Manage all type of sales cycles (short, complex, long-term) with internal and external contacts
  • Build and grow your Pipe and opportunities to generate over 400K of up/cross-sell / year
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders such as Customer Success, Solution Consultants, Product teams
  • Identify new product development opportunities that align with Partoo's mission
  • Actively participate in training programmes
  • Attend industry events and conferences
  • Network with other KAMs to share inputs and support each other
  • Update all your activity in our CRM (Salesforce).
  • IT'S A MATCH 🎯

  • You're an enthusiastic sales profile with 4/5 years of experience in Account Management and are comfortable managing complex sales meetings
  • You have experience building clients' relationships and a good knowledge of project management
  • You enjoy hunting and identifying new business opportunities
  • You're a good listener
  • You enjoy working with a team
  • Knowledge of the start-up world, being digital savvy and having a good SEO knowledge are a plus
  • You want to invest in an intense human adventure with a growing team
  • You are comfortable in English (the position has a strong international dimension) and a native Spanish Speaker (From Latin America)
