Partoo is a B2B SaaS scale-up that is committed to helping local businesses, large enterprises, or SMEs get closer to their customers. To achieve this, they have developed an all-in-one platform and various solutions that revolve around 3 value propositions: being visible, being chosen, and acquiring new customers.

Through these 3 propositions, they have developed several products that adapt to the evolving customer buying journey:


Presence: Synchronize store information across major platforms (Google, Facebook, Waze, etc.), directories, and GPS.

Store Locator: Help customers find the right store with updated local data and dedicated filters on brand websites.

Social Networks: Manage posts on Facebook, Google, Instagram, etc.


Review: Centralize, respond to, and analyze customer reviews received on Google and Facebook.

Booster: Obtain additional positive reviews on Google through SMS and QR codes.


Messages: Centralize and respond to all chat messages received via Google Business Messages, Messenger, and soon also via Instagram, WhatsApp, etc. (message templates, conversation starters, missed calls...)

At Partoo, we have two types of clients: companies (brands, chains, franchisees, and networks with 15 to 3000+ establishments) and SMEs (independent merchants and professionals with less than 15 establishments). Within the HR team, your main mission will be to provide pedagogical support to our "Enterprise Sales" teams, enabling them to excel in their roles through the best training opportunities


  • Designing Training Programs:  You would be responsible for designing training programs tailored to the specific needs of the sales team, identifying key skills to develop in order to achieve the company's objectives.
  • Implementation of Effective Pedagogical Methods: You should choose the most appropriate pedagogical methods for each training topic, whether it be in-person, online, individual coaching, or mentoring
  • Working closely with internal experts to capture and document best practices, processes, and critical business knowledge, to ensure that knowledge is easily accessible and regularly updated on our knowledge stack
  • Designing tailor-made training at all stages of a sales person's life at Partoo and from the moment they are onboarded. You need to be able to propose tailor-made reinforcement actions for all employees in plan development. 
  • Facilitation of Training Sessions: You would be tasked with facilitating training sessions, utilizing your expertise to effectively convey the necessary knowledge and skills to members of the sales team.
  • Assessment of Skills and Performance: You should implement assessment tools to measure the effectiveness of the training and the progress of participants, identifying areas where improvements are needed.
  • Identify internal experts and support them to create learning content and facilitate live training sessions for sales teams (product knowledge and selling skills)
  • Coordinate and constantly improve our sales onboarding program a for all sales audiences / to be linked with the product team

  • Significant experience in sales environment: A very good understanding of the challenges facing sales teams and have worked in fast-growing companies.
  • Strong communication skills to animate and motivate people to be able to involve them
  • Project management skills to steer a project from A to Z and be able with a high degree of autonomy in carrying out assignments
  • Pedagogical skills: Demonstrated ability to design and facilitate effective training programs, as well as communicate clearly and motivate learners.
  • Expertise in professional development: A deep understanding of professional development methods and best practices in training is necessary to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of the Sales Academy programs.
  • Results orientation: A results-oriented individual, capable of measuring the impact of training on the performance of the sales team and taking corrective action if necessary.
  • Adaptability: An ability to quickly adapt to changes in the market and the evolving needs of the company, as well as innovate continuously in the training programs offered.
