Joining a vibrant team of 2, the tasks entrusted to you will enable you to:
- Grasp theoretical and practical issues relating to contract law, new technologies and personal data
- Accompany the legal manager in the negotiation of contracts with clients and partners
- Get a 360° vision of the tasks of an in-house legal counsel within a B2B scale-up structure, linking commercial goals with legal needs.
MISSIONS 🔥
Reporting to the Legal Manager, you will be involved in the following tasks:Participate in contractual negotiations with international contactsDrafting and updating model contractsAdvise operational teams on applicable regulations (particularly in contract law, new technologies, intellectual property and personal data protection) Participate in RGPD compliance actionsLegal research & memo drafting on a variety of legal subjects.IT'S A MATCH 🎯
You have a law degree and a specialization in Contract Law / IT / IP / DataYou are interested in the B2B sector and have a strong appetite for innovative subjectsYou have at least 6 months' successful initial internship experience in reviewing and negotiating contractsYou speak and write fluent English or French (and capable of reviewing contracts in either language)Fluency in Italian or Portuguese would be a plus !You have strong organizational skills, you are a committed, curious and a rigorous team player What we've got 🎁
