ROLE & IMPACT

At Partoo, we have two types of clients: the Enterprises, business that have more than 20 point of sales and the SMB’s (Small & Medium businesses). With our 2025 goals in mind, we are looking for a Business Development Representative who will be in charge of the Portugal expansion, BDR team grow and win new markets!

Your goal? Ensure Partoo understands the Italian market, and attract new clients.

YOUR MANAGERS:

Luciano: He joined Partoo 3 and a half years ago as a BDR and thanks to his good work and great achievement has been promoted to BDR Team Manager Italy. He has always played football but also loves several other sports, and he is a super supporter of AC Milan. As a good Italian, he also loves cooking! 

Hugo: He’s recently joined the company with the goal of building a global BDR team, uniting them all and getting the team ready for upcoming market launches and new business opportunities! Born and raised in France, but he has Italian roots. He loves discovering new lifestyles, cultures and landscapes.

MISSIONS 🔥

  • Contact prospects in order to obtain qualified meetings with top decision-makers (marketing directors, digital)
  • Manage incoming leads and answer their queries about our solutions
  • Give an excellent first impression to our prospects and customers
  • Work very close with the Account Executive team to develop sales and help build a first class team
  • Maintain a quality relationship with our contacts through follow-ups to increase the interest of the prospects in our solutions
  • Achieve weekly objectives in terms of meetings and influencing our pipe creation
  • Generate new business opportunities on events, through marketing and various initiatives
  • IT'S A MATCH 🎯

  • At least 1 year of Business Development experience
  • Native Italian
  • Dynamic and always positive
  • Able to adapt to learn about new technologies and skills quickly
  • Driven by overachievement and recognition
  • Wish to advance quickly in a software sales environment
  • Taking initiative
  • Excellent oral and written communication with good analytical skills
