Descriptif du poste

This year marks 10 years since we launched the idea that simplifying our customers' lives is possible by offering an innovative solution that allows them to easily subscribe to, manage, and switch all types of contracts through a unique and intuitive platform.

In that time, we have supported more than 1.5 million customers in France, Spain, and Italy, while investing in new verticals and positioning ourselves as a highly efficient, innovative, and competitive scale-up in a rapidly growing market.

With over 900 employees across 3 locations, we are solidifying our position as a market leader in Europe. We are always on the lookout for talent ready to join a dedicated and motivated team driven by a meaningful project. Working with us means embracing a culture of excellence, innovation, and real impact.

About the Role :

The Offer & Revenue (O&R) team is responsible for managing partnerships within our various verticals (energy, telecommunications, insurance, notably), making it the core of Papernest's operations! We are looking for our next Offer & Revenue Manager for the Spanish market (based in Barcelona). Supported by a junior permanent employee and an intern, this role requires being analytical, a skilled negotiator, and possessing an entrepreneurial mindset. Working hand-in-hand with our Operations, Data, Tech, and Finance teams, this role is structured around three major missions:

1/ Manage and develop partnerships in the Spanish market

  • Manage existing partnerships (farming):
    • Be the daily point of contact between our partners and internal teams (operations, tech & product, data, finance) and ensure 1/That everything is put in place for us to collectively achieve defined objectives. 2/ Facilitate cross-functional knowledge sharing, ensuring internal teams are aligned on updates, new processes, and strategic changes.
    • Negotiate optimal contractual terms (financial, legal, operational)
    • Analyze provider performance metrics and financial indicators, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making.

  • Project management & internal support:
    • Act as the primary liaison between O&R and Internal teams to support partnership growth.
    • Support the deployment of new processes and tools, including documentation, training, and post-launch troubleshooting.
    • Develop new partnerships (sourcing): In existing markets or within new verticals whose potential you will have previously analyzed.

2/ Own the revenue stream at Papernest

As an O&R Manager, you are also responsible for the "Revenue Optimization" part! Concretely, this means:

    • Own the revenue and support internal stakeholders on revenue-related activities including performance monitoring and continuous improvement of KPIs (conversion rate, revenue per client..)
    • Oversee and streamline provider billing and claims processes, ensuring accurate reconciliation and compliance with contractual agreements. Ensuring all operations are running smoothly.
    • Support sales recovery and back-office procedures.
    • Act as a point of contact for process documentation, ensuring new initiatives are properly documented and easily accessible.

3/ Contribute to key initiatives that shape the company’s future

The O&R Manager occupies a central position between internal teams and partners, and you will also be asked to contribute to "build" projects that will be defined with the stakeholders with whom you will work daily (operations, tech & product, data). A few examples we have already considered:

    • Boost cross-sell.
    • Define an anti-churn action plan.
    • Consider a commission model aligning our experts (= the agents who sell offers over the phone) and how suppliers remunerate us.
    • And many other opportunities! 😉

About you :

  • 5+ years of experience in Start-ups, consultancy.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English - French would be a plus
  • Experience in Operations, Revenue Management, or Business Operations, preferably in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in modeling, revenue analytics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset. Negotiation skills are a plus.
  • Experience with data-driven decision-making. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and/or BI tools.
  • Project management experience, particularly in cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.
