About the position:
We are seeking a Foodservice Sales Associated to join our US sales team and lead corporate sales for Palais des Thes. The candidate must have excellent sales, negotiation, and communication skills. The Foodservice manager will be responsible for executing Palais des Thes’ Corporate B2B sales strategy. This individual must be a self-starter, result driven, thrives in a fast-paced environment, has an entrepreneurial spirit and is excited about developing a French company in the US.

Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

  • Develop lead database and prospect new accounts that results in quality conversions
  • Support planning and development of growth strategy plan for US market
  • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
  • Lead preparation of proposals, send product samples and follow up with clients
  • Develop sales materials (e.g. pitch presentations, RFPs, specially curated proposals, etc) as needed.
  • Actively pitch the brand to large volume accounts (i.e. corporate groups, chains, local distributors etc).
  • Lead sales meetings and tea trainings
  • Serve as liaison between HQs and US for large foodservice business development efforts as well as ensuring branding is mirrored in US market
  • Work with Demand Planning to ensure excellent order fulfillment quality through accurate forecasting and strong internal communication
  • Participate in tradeshows and foodservice events as needed
  • Foster relationship with existing customers and organizations to promote brand, further sales and find growth opportunities
  • Organize and conduct point-of-sales initiatives (e.g. trainings, events etc.)
  • Manage existing accounts, provide excellent customer service, identify client needs and effectively communicate operational progress
  • Responsible for monthly financial reporting

Profil recherché

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS degree minimum
  • Experience in corporate sales, responding to RFPs or business development
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets
  • Superior time management and ability to prioritize tasks autonomously
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, strong written and oral communication skills
  • Should possess strong analytical and computer skills (ppt and excel are required)
  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to make sound business decisions.
  • Experience in foodservice sales preferred
  • Experience working with distributors is a plus
