OVRSEA is a next-generation multimodal freight forwarder committed to simplifying and optimizing international freight management through technology. They coordinate the transports of 700+ companies across 60 countries, and provide their clients with a unique platform on which their teams can manage their shipments in a simple and transparent way. The Business Performance team 📈

You will join the Business Performance department which supports the performance of OVRSEA business teams (Sales, Ops, Supply & Procurement) across all OVRSEA offices (🇫🇷, 🇪🇸, 🇮🇹, 🇺🇸) and leads transformation projects where required, in order to create the conditions for our success.

As part of the Business Performance department, you will work closely with the Marketing manager and the Growth Operations manager to support our top funnel acquisition and grow business opportunities with our current client base.

What does it mean to be a Growth & Marketing Intern? 🤔

You will report to Clémence, Head of Business Performance, and work closely with the Sales teams, Head of Sales and Country managers, as well as in direct collaboration with Brieuc, COO and co-founder. This is both a strategic and operational position that mixes content development, lead generation automation and sales. It will allow you to collaborate with different teams on various projects that are crucial to support OVRSEA’s growth!

Your missions 🎒

1️⃣ Content development (40%)

- Take charge of the coordination of the publication of OVRSEA newsletters from A to Z (relations with freelancers, proofreading and final validation, emailing).

- Publish, from design to copywriting, regular posts on OVRSEA's social media, relevant for our personas and align with our brand messages.

- Take part in building and regularly updating OVRSEA Global Communication Calendar, taking into account content, company announcements, industry news, etc.

- Collect feedback from OVRSEA teams abroad to ensure the relevance of each of the contents deployed in new markets and adapting if needed.

2️⃣ Growth & Acquisition (40%)

- Support our Growth Ops Manager in building and automating our lead generation campaigns, in France and internationally (no-code solutions appentency).

- Collect data on our prospects and clients to provide actionnable insights to sales teams.

- Drive and improve our Growth stack to maintain centralized data.

- Co-construct models for calculating the performance of marketing campaigns and lead generation.

3️⃣ Support to other team members’ projects (20%)

- Ad hoc analyses or deliverables.

- Support to the organisation of events (e.g.: webinars, on-site events with clients).

🔎 Profile required

- You are available for a 6-month end-of-study internship starting in July 2024 🗓

- You already have 6+ month internship experience, preferably with a growth or marketing component.

- You are a curious person motivated to join an exciting entrepreneurial adventure. You are eager to contribute significantly to commercial growth ambitions.

- You are adaptable, combining analytical acumen with hands-on execution

- You are comfortable in an international context. Fluency in English and in French, written and spoken, is essential.
