We're looking for a talented intern to join our PU.BlockStorage team, where you'll contribute to the development of a reliable, high-performance Block Storage service. As a member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to work on exciting projects and learn from experienced professionals.

Your main responsibilities :

Using our internal AI tools, you'll work towards achieving the following goals:

• Unify and modularize our internal system for managing and automating storage services,
• Optimize our storage data placement algorithms for maximum efficiency,
• Automate the deployment of Grafana dashboards,
• Enhance our test coverage and test environment to ensure top-notch quality,
• Standardize, reorganize, and clean up our documentation using LLM models.

Your future impact

In 6 months, you'll

• Gain in-depth knowledge of distributed storage services and how they work
• Learn the ins and outs of operating large-scale deployments
• Discover the importance of good documentation and how it can make a real difference

Description du profil :

Skills required :

• User-level knowledge of the Linux environment
• Fluency in Python programming
• A basic understanding of prompting AI models
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Comfortable speaking English in an international environment
• A passion for open-source software

That’s a plus :

• You’re able to decode the LAMP acronym
• Understanding of the difference between containers and virtual machines
• Regular experience using AI models (beyond just internet searches)
