Founded in 2016, Otoqi is a VC backed French Start-Up, based on two main pillars: 50% Technology and 50% Operations excellence.

Our mission is to accelerate the Mobility Revolution: our proprietary platform offers lean and tech-enabled B2B solutions to the automotive industry, enabling car manufacturers, car leasing and mobility players to move and handle any car to any corner of Europe, within 48h.

Otoqi currently operates across all of western Europe, with teams based in France, Italy and Germany. We plan to open new subsidiaries in the coming months.

In 2023, we carried over 300,000 missions for our customers, crushing any record and a demonstrating strong international growth

In order to handle our growing portfolio of clients, we are looking for a customer success associate based in Paris.

As CSA, you will both be responsible for the operations of a portfolio of clients and be the main point of contact for these clients’ key stakeholders.

Your Mission 👇

Day to day operations:

  • Follow-up on your portfolio’s missions and ensure operations are running smoothly.
  • Ensure the contractual levels of service are met on all missions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams in charge of quality and claims.
  • Coordinate with external teams in charge of executing the missions.
  • Act as a point of escalation for complex issues and requests linked to your portfolio of clients.

Account Management:

  • Onboard new clients and adapt the generic processes to their specific needs.
  • Quickly react to your clients’ requests and come up with flexible and efficient solutions
  • Manage the interactions with different stakeholders from the clients’ side.
  • Create and share clear reporting on key indicators for them.
  • Proactively grow the volumes of your portfolio of clients.

      Profil recherché 🔎

      • You are proactive, organized and have a real knack for action and problem solving.
      • You are dynamic and eager to learn from a different set of situations in a high-expectation/high-growth environment.
      • You are a natural troubleshooter and can take critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
      • You have excellent interpersonal skills and are a good communicator, able to explain complex situations to different stakeholders, from blue collars to C-levels, suppliers and demanding clients.
      • Furthermore, you are comfortable both writing and speaking in English & French.
