We are getting bigger and bigger with a huge growth in terms of projects and products, that’s why we are looking for new talents. We need a Product Owner (M/F) to join ORIS Team in Lyon.

In relation with the Chief Product Officer, the Product Owner (M/F) will manage product roadmap and keep product strategy aligned : 

  • Lead product evolution

    • Manage product roadmap

    • Keep product vision alignment with business objectives (🇩🇪🇬🇧🇫🇷 & projects)

  • Prioritize roadmap

    • Integrate needs and objectives from business

    • Balance development needs, resources and time

  • Manage product backlog

    • Define and write the requirement

    • Manage and animate development team

    • Prioritize tickets with product team

  • Supervise and coordinate development

    • Plan and lead development team

    • Review test and bug 

    • Improve processes

  • Participate to client meetings

    • Listen and understand client needs with a good knowledge of the market

    • Create and test  customer journey

  • Acting as main interlocutor

    • Work with the business and create alignment (🇩🇪🇬🇧🇫🇷 & projects)

    • Manage design and requirement refinement

  • Write refinement and requirement 

    • Produce refinement aligned with user test and feedback

    • Track test result from initial mock up to detailed requirement

  • Transversally, for the different teams, act as an agile coach and entertain meeting and retrospective and propose ways to improve the organization

  • Ensure visibility and communication around product discovery by participating to events and writing articles


Profil recherché

You have a first experience of 2-3 years in a similar position.

You have hards skills on : Product management, User testing, Prototyping, Product discovery, Organization of test plan and reporting key learning, Management of business alignment, Business acumen, Software development.

You need to be organized, rigorous, a good listener with trust and leadership.

Fluent English is required, French and German are important also


Déroulement des entretiens

You will have a first interview with the CDO and the COO and then a second round with the HR manager and the CEO.

Interviews in English and French.
