At Orakl Oncology, we are building one of the world’s largest cohort of patient tumor avatars, bridging tumor biology (patient-derived organoids - PDO) and associated patient clinical data to to fuel our next-generation insight platform. To support our growing network of hospital and research center partnerships, we are seeking an Alliance Manager to play a pivotal role in building and nurturing the partnerships that support our science and platform. You will own the day-to-day success of our current collaborations, acting as a strategic interface between our internal teams and our external partners. You will also initiate new alliances with leading hospitals and research centers for biosamples, data access, and collaboration.
You will report directly to the Head of Partnerships, and work closely with stakeholders across science, legal, and operations to drive strategic execution.
Manage our strategic alliances: Be the go-to person for existing partners: follow progress, anticipate challenges, and spot new opportunities. Maintain high partner satisfaction and engagement through clear communication and a problem-solving mindset.
Lead and oversee project execution: Manage the lifecycle of projects: define tasks, milestones and KPIs, monitor timelines and deliverables, and lead internal coordination across science, data, legal, and operations to ensure partnership execution and success.
Navigate the legal landscape: Collaborate with legal teams to review and negotiate key conditions (of CDAs, MTAs, research agreements, etc.). Before and after signature, ensure the identification and respect of partners interests and alignment between legal and operations sides.
Grow the Ecosystem: Ensure short- and long-term growth of our avatars collection by identifying new partnership opportunities with academic hospitals, research centers or other structures. Build trusted relationships from the ground up and lead initial discussions and onboarding, Align expectations and objectives to ensure strategic fit and scientific value.
5+ years experience in project management, strategic alliances or partnership management, ideally in Tech Transfer Offices, Biotech or Healthtech.
A degree in life sciences or any related field (Master degree, PharmD, PhD or equivalent, e.g. in biology, bioengineering, data science or any other related field).
Successful experience working with hospitals, and ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders from different background both internally and externally.
Proven experience working with legal and contractual documents.
You listen actively, communicate with clarity, and build trust quickly. You have experience in negotiating and know how to find a common ground between parties.
You are structured and rigorous, execution-driven and quantitative. You have a problem-solving mindset and are able to align people to drive execution.
Fluent in French and English.
