What are you going to do? 

You will join the Market team and report to the Head of Customer Experience. You will need to be technically literate with an interest for business, the ideal profile being an student engineer that wants to expose himself to how business works.
During the internship you will discover how Opensee converts prospective sales opportunities into fully fledged clients. This will entail for instance:

• Business development material to help highlight the capabilities of the Opensee solution
• The scripting of rock-solid demos of our solution, customized according to the needs and use cases of prospective clients
• As prospective clients progress through the sales lifecycle, helping and supporting them with Proof Of Concepts (POC) deployed on their environment for several weeks and ensure that those POCs are a success and lead to additional sales
• By mastering our UI inside-out, participate in its improvement through suggestions to the dev team and testing of the enhancements the team works on. Equally, you will be able to run our solution directly from an API software (e-g Insomnia, PostMan) or through Opensee’s Python library.
• By understanding the data models / architecture of demos environments and POCs, help optimise them constantly
• As part of the wider Product Management team, managing some aspects of the product enhancements for the development team, for instance: specifications, technical design, prioritization, progress tracking, testing and documentation 

You will in particular develop the following technical skills:

• IT: Big Data technologies, SQL, Python, Software management
• Finance: Front office tools and Risk Management calculations
• Project Management: demo preparation, POC preparation and monitoring, management of development projects with dev teams, and management of implementation projects with client teams

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate several of those key aspects:

You have a keen interest in business: desire to understand why clients are trusting us and how we create profitable partnerships with them is key.
Qualities: You’re a team player, proactive and know how to contribute and make an impact.
Curriculum: You hold a Engineer/Master’s degree in Math/IT from an Engineering School
Technical skills: You have good programming skills (Python, SQL) 
Language skills: You have excellent English communication skills both written and verbal. French is useful but not required.
