As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining how the product should evolve to fulfill customer needs and larger business objectives, and for planning with the Tech team the steps to be taken in order to achieve this in an efficient way.
Within the Product team, you will:
Have ownership of a product scope and of a portfolio of features and projects. You will orchestrate everything related to this product scope, from brainstorming to delivery
Collect customer needs, understand how they align with business goals, and perform additional research when necessary
Work closely with designers and developers in order to understand technical constraints and feasibility
Prepare project specifications where you prioritize and plan iterations
Help the Tech team coordinate their work and break each project down into manageable tasks and subtasks
Build a roadmap to deliver features and improvements efficiently, taking into account priorities and constraints
Bring visibility to internal teams regarding what is in progress, and what is coming next
Gather feedback and data to understand how a feature is being used and to plan adjustments or future iterations
Four years of professional experience, including a meaningful experience as a Product Manager working closely with developers. Experience working for a Tech startup is a plus
Understanding of the central and transversal role of a Product Manager, from the identification of customer needs to the delivery of features
Structured and analytical mind, able to understand complex logic (e.g., how to connect to partner APIs and other Tech mechanisms)
Autonomous and self-driven, able to learn different topics quickly
Experience working with different teams: Tech, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, …
Knowledge of coding and software development is a plus
Experience following usage and measuring impact through feedback and data. Knowledge of Analytics (SQL, Python) is strongly appreciated
Good writing and verbal communication skills (French and English)
Curious and open-minded, interested in Healthcare and excited to join a fast-growing company
