We are looking for a Sale Manager for our new London store !

Your presence within our beauty concept-store will allow you to ensure the following missions :

  • Development of the store’s performance thanks to the good management of cash receipts and the follow-up of key indicators: turnover, average basket, transformation rate, collective objectives, etc.

  • Boosting sales by maintaining an impeccable customer service and store image.

  • Manage your team in accordance with Oh My Cream’s values: management of schedules, work schedules, annual employee interviews, etc.

  • Manage the point of sale (stocks, cash deposit…) and guarantee the quality standards in terms of image (product presentation, merchandising and cleanliness of the store).

  • Management of logistics related to UK orders from our eshop (shipments, returns, etc)

  • Make sure that processes are respected.

You will also set an example with the accomplishment of its missions :

  • Personalized reception of the clientele

  • Sales advice and customer loyalty

  • Realization of our personalized facial treatments

  • Development of our turnover

  • Realization of masterclass

  • Realization of brand animations on point of sale

  • Tidying up, restocking, stock management

Profil recherché

You are passionate about beauty and a real fan of care and expertise.

You are dynamic, smiling, willing…

You love to advise and share your passion with a loyal and knowledgeable clientele, your interpersonal skills and presentation are impeccable, your good mood never leaves you and you have a strong learning capacity.

A diploma in Beauty is required, as well as a strong knowledge in the practice of care.
A first experience in team management and POS is required.
