About the role:

We are seeking a Client Success Executive to be part of the journey at Ogury, a scalable and international company specialized in the mobile advertising ecosystem. You will be part of an international team with great values, selling an innovative and booming product worldwide and for new markets. You will be the referral of the client satisfaction, you will assist them in their mobile media strategies and you will monitor the clients accounts in order to help them to grow up and fidelize them.
You’ll be responsible for growing and nurturing a portfolio of customers for the french market by understanding their goals and needs and identifying opportunities for growth to realize re-booking and up-selling.

What you will be doing

  • Management of a client portfolio with your Sales Team
  • Creation of Proposals & Media Recommendations for your clients
  • Maximize your portfolio’s expansion while minimizing impacts on customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring and analysis of campaigns as part of key advertisers’ portfolio
  • Management of rebooking campaigns; upsell directly with the clients
  • Creation of best cases campaigns; best practices
  • Troubleshooting, in collaboration with the BI, Adops and Support teams
  • Participation in workshops and Quarterly Business Reviews with key clients
  • Creation of End of Campaigns reports with your Analysis
  • Updating your knowledge of all Ogury’s solutions
  • Insights Analysis for Client Recommendations

Profil recherché

About you

  • You have a strong appetite for advertising, digital technologies, mobile ecosystem
  • You are rigorous, detail oriented, comfortable with numbers and have strong analysis abilities & relational skills
  • You already held a similar experience in an advertising agency/ Adtech company / Ad Network
  • You always want to move forward, you are proactive in your job
  • You speak french fluently and ideally you also speak english
  • If you have knowledge of programmatic, that will be amazing !
