Analytics & Business Intelligence
Develop and execute a comprehensive data analytics strategy that aligns with OCUS vision.
Collaborate with stakeholders across the entity to identify and prioritise key business challenges that can be answered with data insights.
Build Data Products that help solve challenges for both the business and the customers.
Own the ETL process & Data infrastructure to ensure 100% data quality, reliability & availability.
Partner with Engineering teams to ensure the architecture of data infrastructure is aligned with platform & other technical resources.
Develop and maintain data models, data analytics dashboards and reports that provide meaningful insights to decision makers in all departments of the organisation ( ranging from Account Management, Finance and Operations to Product).
Lead a data analyst to deliver quality & reliable data insights and analysis.
Represent Analytics as a member of the OCUS Leadership team and work closely with the founders in building analyses and business plans.
Hire, mentor, and train members of the analytics team to build a best-in-class analytics organisation.
Provide guidance and support to business units on leveraging data analytics to drive growth and innovation through data literacy, language model adoption and no-code analytics tools.
What you will bring along
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in data analytics with experience in a leadership role preferably in a SaaS setup.
Strong technical skills in data analysis, business intelligence and statistics and any prior experience in machine learning is a huge advantage.
Sound communication skills with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience in building data analytics teams and building business intelligence platforms using tools/ languages such as Python, R, SQL, and Looker..
Strong project management, leadership skills and prior exposure to working with C-level stakeholders
