Job description

We are looking for a creative and data-oriented Growth & Acquisition Manager to attract qualified traffic and generate new leads. For that purpose, you should be able to:

  • Run our SEO & content strategy: this includes prioritizing pages to be created, structuring the content on our website (topic clusters), optimizing existing pages, and copywriting (blog and gated content);
  • Monitor and suggest optimizations for our Google Ad campaigns;
  • Design, launch and track the performance of LinkedIn Ad campaigns;
  • Use social media platforms to enhance our visibility among our target audience;
  • Use email campaigns to nurture our lead base and convert them to free trials;
  • Design and run digital marketing campaigns using all of the above-mentioned acquisition channels: webinars, gated content, events, etc.;
  • Ensure the proper tracking of traffic and conversion sources (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.);
  • Report on the actions you take: design a reporting dashboard with our KPIs.
  • Increase organic traffic to the website: We’re operating in a competitive market, you will need to create and manage an intelligent SEO strategy to attract qualified organic traffic to our website including prioritizing landing page creation, optimizing existing pages and using topic clusters to structure website content.
  • Create extraordinary content: We don’t want to create the same old same old content that everyone else does. You will be responsible for creating a creative content strategy to produce articles that our target audience actually wants to read. You will also design and run digital marketing campaigns using content such as webinars, gated content, events, etc.;
  • Generate new leads: You will create and manage imaginative social ad campaigns to generate new leads through LinkedIn. You will track and optimize our Google Ad campaigns.
  • Grow brand visibility: Enhance our visibility amongst our target audience on our main markets through partnerships, social mediapresence or any other means you might find effective.
  • Analyze data: You will track and report on the performance of your actions against key objectives. You will also ensure the proper tracking of traffic and conversion sources (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, etc.);

Preferred experience

You will be a perfect fit if you:

  • Have 3 to 5 years of experience as a Digital Marketing Manager, Acquisition Manager, or Growth Hacker in a B2B company (a tech company would be a plus);
  • Love data and numbers and making data-based decisions;
  • Have a Growth Hacking mind-set and creative personality: you believe in testing and learning;
  • Are a good copywriter with a knack for always finding the right words (and a radar for spelling mistakes);
  • Are comfortable with multitasking and handling various projects simultaneously;
  • Are a tech enthusiast (you’ll be joining an innovation-oriented SaaS company after all);
  • Be able to organize your time and work independently as part of a remote team;
  • Are a native English speaker or have full professional proficiency in English.
