Your missions will be to support the sales team with major enquiries and target customers: Researching suitable service providers and venues for any types of events.

Tasks as a Sales Assistant

  • Search for unique venues: hotels, restaurants, castles, etc. to meet our customers’ needs 🔎

  • Provider selection: contact and negotiate with the best partners 🤝

  • Follow-up & Negotiation: you manage exchanges and obtain the best offers 💬

  • Preparing final bids: helping to format proposals for our clients 📑

  • Co-organisation of internal processes

  • Supporting the onboarding of new team members

  • Participation in the further development of our product

  • Participate in strategic discussions around sales and Naboo’s overall strategy


Profil recherché

  • You have determination, good listening skills and a desire to develop, take responsibility and make a real contribution to the commercial success of the organisation.

  • You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English - Native or bilingual

  • You are diligent and enjoy working as part of a team.

  • You have a hands-on attitude and a desire to actively contribute to an ambitious project.

  • You are able to adapt your way of working flexibly and quickly when needed.


Déroulement des entretiens

1st interview: First meeting with Matthis, Country Manager (15 minutes)

2nd interview: Exchange with a member of the sales team (approx. 30 minutes)
